I moved in here over 3 yrs ago. Signed a 2 yr lease and when that lease was over, resigned another 18 month lease without hesitation. Lease is about up and will more than likely move into a 3 bedroom here.. I will say the heating bills are high, but that is the only complaint I have. The management is GREAT! Jody is the most friendly person ever! Always helpful.. Anytime I have needed maintenace they have been here the next day. And I have not needed them often.. They even came and changed my light bulbs in the foyer because I did not have a ladder..
I would recomend this apt complex to anyone.. Clean, friendly, helpful!!

It's easy to be quick to complain when you're not getting what you pay for! Especially in this economy, I'm glad you are having a good experience at Cinnamon Pointe, but it is not typical, just ask a neighbor or two.

Im sorry your having a bad experience here.. All my neighbors love it here.. Im sure if you talk with them, the management will help you.. :)
