Cinnamon Pointe

Pros: I find the staff to be very friendly and responsive. Grounds are nice. I dont have any problems with partking, but I know other parts of the community do. Units are nice, clean, etc.. Staff seems commited to keeping community quiet, even kicking out problem tenants.
Cons: Poor construction, can hear your neighbors doing every little thing, in the bathroom, talking, one night it sounded like they were in my bed rooms. Terrible use of space. I have a 2bd, and I live alone, yet I have no space, barely room for my 3 person couch, no kitchen table. Not sure where my massive SQfT went, maybee I should remeasure. Tiny kitchens. Snow and ice removal is terrible. Like to leave rediculous notes threatening to tow everyone so they can finally get the snow removed, then dont actually plow. Have to store most everything in the garage. Bills seem high for an apartment of this size. Gym is worthless. in the summer the landscapers pretty much spend every day on the grounds, which is nice except for all the noise they make.
Summary - decent place to live, but you can probably find better for the money you pay.

Hello! Thank you for the kind words regarding the staff and for posting a review for your overall recommendation of Cinnamon Pointe. I am sorry to hear that the space of your 2 bedroom ranch style apartment has not met your needs, however, we do offer transfers within the community. We have several other styles with larger square footage and I would be happy to show you those styles. Please allow me to speak about the snow services we provide within the community. As you know, MI has had an enormous amount of snow fall this winter and removing the snow is an impossibility and was never our intent. We provide snow service to clear the drives/walks and for application of ice melting agents. Our fitness center, in my opinion, is comparable to other communities around town and serves several residents needs for excercise. If you have any suggestions how we can improve the facility, please let us know. On a final note, thank you for choosing Cinnamon Pointe and please remember that your concerns are always important to us. Jodi

This response is for Jodi. I use to live here and you guys does not really care about these tenants. The only thing you care about is money. You guys would rather have a bunch of noisy tenants than to preserve the good ones. As far of the snow removal, it is horrible, it never used to be this way until you guys came in. We had a problem in our apartment and until the day we moved, it was not taken care of. So really I find it sad for you to have to post here to defend Cinnamon Point because you know what I am saying is correct. Renters beware!

I agree. While everyone is nice, things just dont get done. My lease is almost up and there are things that I needed from move in day that still haven't been fixed. I can't blame you for the noisy tenants, but it definately doesn't make me want to renew my lease. I just feel as though I was duped. Everything seemed so beautiful when we signed the lease, but I just don't feel that way anymore. I really couldn't recommend this place.
