This place is a crotch. Full of faulty promises, high rates, and a crummy service staff that will kiss your behind then tell you to stick it in the same place the second you sign the lease. Beyond that, the office staff then becomes even more non-responsive, if that's possible. Calling several times in the middle of the day to no avail is no way to run a business. I wonder how can an office be out to lunch for 3 to 4 hours per day, EVERYDAY? That is absolutely ridiculous. If you don't believe me, show at the office anytime between 10am and 4 pm (the office hours according to the door) on any given day and they will likely be shut down for an EXTENDED period of time. The hours this office runs are shameful, even for a bank and that's saying something.

I'd rather subject myself to a cardboard box than feed the ignorant jackasses that draw a living from this place. The maintenance is strained, so bad it's as if there is none. (although I always saw the same 2 guys and this place is big so I guess there essentially is none) The grounds are horrible and filled with dog sh## or snow or both, and to top it off it has terrible construction. Garbage cans always flying around the place on Fridays through Mondays or Tuesdays. If there is any insulation its in between managements ears as they seem immune to any complaints.

Why the heck do you post notes on our doors to accomplish things yet only to constantly fail. Hire a staff that can do the job!!! This place is a joke! No maintenance plus a poor office staff equals bad news.

And for god sakes get some new trucks, the ones you have kept waking me up. No wonder any self respecting person wouldn't want to work for this company. If that's indicative of what new management was/has to bring, I can't wait to move out. What a sh##----.
