No problems encountered with renting from here. The free golf is definitely nice. Free heat and water was very nice to have during the winter. The one bedroom unit, with some creativity, turns out to be very comfortable. The noise and kids are not a problem, one even offered me helped carrying in my tv center when moving in. The bugs are a pain, but a little research shows that it is not the fault of the complex. They are box elder bugs, and can be a nuisance anywhere.
