moved in july of 07 and things were okay fir the first six months. dawn the old manager was good and the office staff were very friendly. had problens with windows in bed room with a bad draft in winter. when i mentioned this the matinence staff told me to just turn up the heat because it was free. so my bedroom is ice cold in the winter. the faucets in the bath tub were stripped after about eight months filed requests to have them fixed but after six weeks of waiting i fixed it myself with mighty putty. had an ant problems and was told to lay out ant traps. the new manage ment is very curt and brisk, i wont say rude but i wont say friendly. all and all it is an okay place for a first apartment but i cant wait for the weather to break so i can move

How funny the former manager Dawn is gone. Dawn was the manager and let go the two maintenance people that got the job done. When called they were prompt and friendly and their repairs were done right. Your complaints all came while Dawn was Manager. The new managment has only been here since September. They wil have some work ahead of them to correct the problems of this former manager. Many of the problems listed occur with inept maintenace people. I'm sure they have had no training in HVAC. Their plumbing skills were marginal and carprntry a joke. Recently they have taken to outsourcing refurbs of empty apartments to competent companies. Good Luck...
