Fairway Club is still a great place to live! In response to some of the complaints I think it's unfair for only unhappy people to discredit management & staff on these sites, unfortunatley no one mentions the positive's like free heat, gas & water, free golf, an 24 hour service; or the nice service they recieve in office.
:(
Unfortunately, some people have complaints and do not bring them to Management's attention, my resonse is how can I fix these issues and make your experience her a good one if I don't know what is going on. I would never allow staff to tell someone to turn up the heat in their apartmetn verses fixing windows-that's purely unacceptable. As well as any other lingering work orders, or noisy neighbors.
If I am made aware of the situation, I am more than willing to take care of any issues right away, after all that's what I am here for your service!
I would love to address any issues or concerns you may have concerning your apartment and or problems you might have with staff...if you are not happy I am not happy!
I would encourage anyone please come talk with me.
---- is no longer here, and I have seen quite a few people come in and say hello and they are happy to see a new face in the office. I believe most of the problems have occured while she was in Management. This year you can plan to see new & fresh changes to your community that are for your benefit!
Please contact me with anything you might want to discuss and, Fairway Club is still a great place to live!

Hi --------, I highly doubt that you can do anything about this as it was so long ago but I just wanted to make you and your company aware. I moved out about a year ago. I lived there for around 4 or 5 years and never had a problem during my ---e there. I don't have any real complaints but after I moved I was sent a letter at my new address telling me that I would be receiving a check for my security deposit. It wasn't a big deposit so I barely noticed when it never came. Receiving this review in my e-mail just reminded me. If you think there's anything you can do about this please feel free to e-mail me @ ---------@yahoo.com. Thanks. -------

If there are such positive changes why are people still going all summer without their a/c being fixed? Why are there still remnants from the fouth of july all over the grounds? Why is the pool a cloudy overchlorinaded mess? Why is my hallway full of garbage, old mail flyers and filthy windows. Why is there garbage all over the dumpster areas? Why are there gas grills everywhere, you told me when I moved in this was not allowed. I really think you are very inconsistant and hard to deal with. Why has there been so many new changes in the maintenance staff. ---- was a great guy, he is gone, ---- seemed to really get the job done and he was very personable, now he seems to be gone. ------- doesn't seem to know what he is doing, and I think I have seen a new guy that appears to be lazy and very unsociable. I will not be renewing my lease, along with the many others that are moving out. I would think that the property owners would be more proactive and look into the situation of why they are loosing so many occupants. So --------, what do you say to that?
From: fairwayclubmgr1 Date: 08/03/2009
My response to that is simple, residents that call regarding ac get their ac fixed within 24 hours, unless they are a troubled or older ac unit that might need a litte more help. 2. Grounds are picked up everyday, by the staff and myself on a daily basis. 3.It is the end of the month people move and make a mess by the dumpsters. 4. The DEQ was here Wednesday and said the pool was great! 5. Any one who lives here knows ----- does a great job keeping the hallways clean....she has been on vacation for the last three days though but will return Tuesday. 6.If you were here when ----- was here, I most likely did not move you in. The Management company does not allow grills and I recently sent a letter letting residents know we still do allow them please get rid of them asap. 7. ----- unfortunately moved on to other employment, ---- found a better paying job- what can you do about that? You think you have seen a new guy and call him lazy and unsociable...you state your self you "think he is new" so if you don't know how can you call him names...unfair. --- is a new staff member and is not lazy nor unsociable...quite the opposite as a matter of fact, if you met him you would know he is very talkative and friendly. ------- does a great job and is a very hard worker. Have you ever come into my office to discuss these issues, probably not by your response. Could you possibly? I would welcome you to come chat with me on any issue....I am open to your suggestions on how to make Fairway Club a better place for all. It's not easy to make everyone happy, but staff and myself try our best! I would gladly want to know why any resident was moving, most are moving due to job loss, home purchase and income change. No one has mentioned anything about being unhappy with service or staff. Should you not renew that is your choice, however you have not come in to speak with me and again give me a chance to respond to your issues...as a matter of fact I believe you may be one of the residents angry about the grill letter who is blowing off steam. Which ever the situation, I am here to make things better give me the chance-speak with me instead of calling me out on a online bash site.

WoW! Really? Not professional at all!!! Don't make a public statement online, then tell your resident not to "call you out" on an online bashing site... What are you expecting? Plus you have spelling errors within your opening post. Truth of the matter is that you have to realize that the community manager only has limited power over major changes in the community. So anything structural that needs attention, like the windows, or grounds, a/c units being too old and not running, (not service or staff) then you have to take that up with management. The community manager is just there to collect your rent, keep occupancy up, handle complaints, and manage staff (And to keep you and your complaints away from management). Good Luck! Because Fairway Club's Management SUCKS!
