Hello curious apartment renters, may this review guide you in your renting decision. First I'll start with the positives: Free heat, water, and gas. Free golf. Nice,safe grounds. Friendly staff. Now the negative, which unfortunatly outways the positive: The windows are old so there's a pretty bad draft in the winter. The screen door doesnt slide well. Water pressure is weak in the shower. Old furnace. Loud (old) air conditioners. Paying $3.00 in quarters per load doing laundry, pretty annoying.
Nicer than some apartments in the area, but overall not worth the money.

While it is a nice community of people, Danielle is very hard to deal with. She is very cold and seemingly uncaring. They just cut their free golf to just 13 rounds a year, many tenants are moving out because of Danielle and the golf reduction. It seems as though she hates kids and does not want anyone to have any fun. I personally have seen her accuse a tenant's child age 16 of doing something he did not do and throw him out of the pool. Then when she talked to his mother she kissed her butt and let the kid back in. It seems as if they cannot keep a maintenance staff. Another tenant with three young children has not had airconditioning all summer and their solution was to give them fans......The fact that so many people are moving out should tell you something.
