Recommended - Staff Makes the difference

I had some maintenance issues (windows/screens/locking mechanisms)that were taken care of promptly (within 24 hours).
Building is old but clean & decently maintained.
Natural lighting is excellent due to large windows.
Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets are old with newer fixtures & appliances.
Windows & Sliding Patio Doors look original Aluminum - old but in reasonable shape.
Gas Heat, hot water is included in the rent - Heat Blower, A/C & Cooking is Electric & you pay extra. I have no comments yet on electric usage.
What impressed me was the Manager & her Office Staff 'roll up their sleeves' & pitch in to keep the grounds beautiful & inviting & they are friendly, courteous & helpful. Kudos to the Maintenance crew for keeping an old building in decent running order & appearance.
Ratings are all about attitudes & perceptions ..!! I believe none of us are angels, we are all humans & as long as we "do & wish for others what we do & wish for ourselves" - no problem is unsolvable.
