Lets be honest this place is a dump!! JUST LOOK AT IT AND YOU CAN SEE THAT! if your looking for low-income property then yes maybe...but the staff come on why do they have to be low-income staff' And if you have a work order you better be able to wait a few weeks. They will talk the talk but sure cant walk the walk... If I was anyone looking to move in talk to some of the people living in the community, or better yet call the canton police and ask about the crime. They will tell you just how many time a week they are called out there. You will be shocked on how many times they are called out. AND don't have a nice car living there! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I just DO NOT understand the extreme negative tone of the 'anonymous' person posting this..!! I think the property offers great affordability & value. My A/C quit late July / early August & I walked up to the office at quitting time (well past 5 pm)& mentioned my problem - the maintenance man had punched his clock & was about to leave, but the Manager, asked the maintenance man to stay to fix my A/C & it was done the same day - in matter of minutes. I think the word 'dump' is too harsh to describe the property, I definitely think otherwise..!! How does this person know the staff is low income ? The comments say "JUST LOOK AT IT AND YOU CAN SEE THAT!" Did this person NOT SEE when signing the lease ? Or perhaps there is more than meets the eye..!! I think the Staff in the Office & Maintenance are OUTSTANDING.
