I loved my apartment. You couldn't hear the people above us and if anything needed to be fixed they were there by the next day. Plus they kept up on the maintenance of the property.
Only complain was I was paying $60 more a month than my neighbors in my building and when I moved and told them my forwarding address they put it down wrong so my security deposit was lost in the mail. They told me the only way they would issue me a new check was when the other one bounced back.
So don't be waiting for a security deposit that might or not be coming.
