I moved into a 3 bedroom townhome recently and I love it. I have two roomates and there is not assigned parking so we can always park close to our home. The kitchens are updated, there's new carpet and it is very affordable compared to the others in the area. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and maintenance is very efficent. We also received one month free rent for referring a friend. Talk about a great incentive. We signed a 15 month lease and I'm sure we'll love our stay.
