Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I had no bad experiences while living at Meadowood except when it came time to renew my lease and the price went up almost $100/mo! Maintenance responded quickly to my lock-out and I had no other problems that needed their help.
My only complaint is the number of children around who play everywhere with no parents watching them. They stand in the street until your car is almost on top of them. In the summer they stay out until after 10 and I go to bed early because I get up at 3:30am.
Also, the skunk problem is still there along with woodchucks and all forms of wildlife...
Loved the washer and dryer.
