Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I moved out of Meadowood Townhomes and after cleaning the apartment up and down and returning the key early, they still charged me a cleaning and late key return fee. You might want to take pictures of the apartment on the day you do move out, and make sure that you return the key on a day the office is open and get them to sign and acknowledge they received it. I have a feeling that I am not an isolated case. I am completely disgusted by the way they treat good tenants moving out.
