Many people that have negative comments on here are pretty dead on about their reviews. I'll give a little more insight. Personally, I moved in here during the winter if I would have seen how they keep up this place in the summer I wouldn't have thought twice about moving in here. It is SOOOO embarrassing to live here. The landscaping in AWFUL. They don't weed wack, which in turns makes the mosqutios the worst I've ever seen. They let people plant thier own flowers and that's fine. But the people who don't, management should at least keep the areas groomed. I had to ask to have the front of my home weed wacked. Also, you would figure at least once after the snow is gone that they would sweep the curbs. Not here.....apparently that's too much work. And the roads in the complex are all torn up. (A simple seal coat could fix that and it's less costly). How about updating thier lighting when you first drive in to the complex, those look pretty cheap if you ask me, and at least one light is ALWAYS burnt out. Snow is a big problem here, I have experience with parking lots like ours, and the fact of the matter is they are just being lazy. They plow the sidewalks and then you have to step in about a 2 foot pile of snow that they made with the plow to get into your car. I have to shovel my way to my car. Oh yeah one more thing, everything in the homes is the cheapest they could find. For god sake I have a plastic toliet tank. (Something that is worth spending a little more money on and that's what I get). The sinks and faucets have probably been in there since the buildings were made....very UGLY! But that's my own fault because I should of paid better attention when I moved in.
OK OK the good things, office is friendly. And maintenace has always done the work I've called in VERY VERY quickly. All in all I just wish my lease was up sooner, and the only thing I can do is warn people not to move in. Hope this review helps you with your quest for a new home.
