I lived in this place a year and I have to say This is not a bad place to live, My only complaint which isn't a complaint about the place as in regards to how they fix stuff but more just a matter of taste is i would of prefered to have a dining room. the kitchens are nice the upstairs is nice the basement is nice, but i like a dining room and a kitchen table which is hard here. To each their own but if you like what you get for the layout then i think it's worth it. nothing bad to say about the building or maintenance

So you don't mind paying $1000 a month and then following up with maintance when it comes to landscaping. Face it this place is trashy, if you think this place is nice I'd hate to see where you moved here from.
