My husband and I moved into this apartment complex after selling our home. We decided to move here, in hopes of saving more money to buy a home in Canton. My initial thought of the complex was..."this looks like the projects." I have a friend who lives here, and she stated how she really liked it here. I was able to swallow my pride once I heard how much the apartments were renting for, and my husband and I decided to move here. Is it nice' It's o.k. I must say I am ashamed to have company over due to the landscaping of the complex. When you look at all the other apartments in this area, this one looks out of place. I thought to myself, I can handle this. Hopefully, it doesn't look like this all the time. WRONG ANSWER!!! Individuals/tenants are responsible for their own garden area in front of their townhome. Some tenants do a great job with landscape, while others do nothing. I heard a rumor that all people with government subsidies live in the back of the complex. Is it true' I don't know, however I do know that the front area does not look similar to the back. Less children are out in the parking lot in the front, however they do exist. I'm not going to discriminate because Section 8 people live here. People deserve the opportunity to live where ever they want, and if their subsidy will allow them to live here, then good for them. I do however feel everyone should take pride in their living environment. You should pick up after yourself, you should maintain your garden area, you should watch after your own children while they are playing in the parking lot. Unfortunately, everyone does not do these things. For these reasons, we have no intentions of renewing our lease. Our car was broken in to twice. It appeared someone attempted to steal the vehicle on the first day, and came back the second day and tried again. They had to have been kids because what adult comes back on day two tryinig to steal the same car, and still can't steal it. The police response was so nonchalant. Once we disclosed our address to them, it seemed as though the matter was no longer an emergency. The officer stated, "oh, you live there'" To summarize my experience here, yes the rent is cheap, and yes once our lease is up, we will be moving.

I live near the back and I pay my rent with my hard earned money. I work 40-60 hours a week, so it's not just the back they are all over this place! Just look for the people whom are home all day long (a fair number of them), they obviously aren't working!
