I met the new maintenance guy while he was making repairs that other maintenance guys could not fix, he informes me he was the new supervisor- bravo! He cared about what was wrong and made every effort to correct all problems- The best decision this complex made in the past year is this guy! If this place only had office staff that were as competent!
