Well my biggest problem with this place is the nice lake that has formed in the back of the complex. Let's see I feel they may have had a city problem with water running under city expressway wall and they were asked to fix it, nice fixing, they built a birm which never recieved grass seed, oh ya it did gain a couple little pine trees on it. Anyway since this birm has been built all water accumulated had formed into a pond, but now a lake. The water is so much it has risen over the kids playground and halfway on the basketball court. Good way to ask for a lawsuit, hope to god no kids drown in this problem (believe me it could happen, kids play onm it all the time, little kids). What kinda place is this' What is gonna happen in the summer with the standing water' Maybe we can all catch west nile virus. Come on now and problem is nobody has complained, so I guess I need to speak up for the whole community, because nobody else seems to care. I am paying 825 for this crap, I could be paying that kinda money for some real lake front property somewhere. Well hope this problem gets fixed soon, come summer you'll have to keep your kids inside.

OKAY UPDATE FOR EVERYONE ABOUT OUR NEWLY FORMED LAKE OUTBACK. YESTERDAY WHILE SITTING AT HOME, I HAPPENED TO LOOK OUT MY DOOR AND SAW 3 BOYS SWIMMING IN THIS MESS. HOW GROSS! WHERE WERE THEIR PARENTS' THERE IS A SIGN ON THE PLAYGROUND STATING THAT CHILDREN MUST HAVE ADULT SUPERVISION WHILE PLAYING, NO PARENTS ARE EVER THERE. PARENTS ARE NEVER THERE, YOU JUST LET YOUR KIDS GO PLAY AND OTHER PARENTS WATCH THEM, GREAT PARENTING GUYS! I CALLED THE FRONT OFFICE AND WILL SAY THEY DID GET THEM OUT AND TALK TO THEM, I WILL GIVE THEM CREDIT FOR THAT, BUT UMM...HELLO WHEN ARE YOU GONNA CLEAN THAT MESS UP' MISQUITO SEASON IS FAST APPROACHING!

Good for you. I lived near the front and never knew about this problem until I read your complaint. I know how you feel. I always felt like I was the only one ever comlaining about things. You weren't alone. I just don't think they did anything about any of them:(
