Reading these reviews almost makes me want to move out of here. But I like it here and it's no where near as bad as the "NO" people make it out to be. In fact for what you pay it's pretty nice. Was this low income housing' Yes. Is it still low income housing' No. There may be some hold overs still, you can't kick everybody out. There is plenty of space as long as you don't have a kitchen table, or ever plan on having one. Other townhouse apartments I've looked at cost way more. I'll save the $150 a month and not have big kitchen. Yes it can occassionally be noisy in the main parking areas, pick an apartment near one of the smaller lots. I am about to start my 3rd year here and my rent has never increased. Maintenance is always helpful and so is the staff and every year things seem to keep improving. Do yourself a favor and don't listen to the negative creeps on here, take a drive though the complex, see if you like it.

They say drive thru- see for yourselves- If you do you will see the poor landscaping, the roads falling apart and if you are lucky you will see the big "lake" out back- you know the one all the children are going to drown in!

Hopefully, the management company values its residents and will take heed to not only this website, but to the survey that was given out this summer and there will be a management change. Believe the overwhelming majority of responses. Currently, interactions with office staff make this an unpleasent place to live.
