VILE!!!! I work nights and when I returned home one morning I saw a large rat entering a persons townhouse- next to mine- thru the dryer vent! I am out of here immediately! It was not an opossum, cat or other creature, but a rat! This is unacceptable and a health hazard- stay away from here- do not rent here- it is not worth the hassles and risks. I will be contacting the health department to see if there is anything they can do about this- I cannot believe that the manager, Pam is so willing to lie and tell people what a nice place this is when all you have to do is drive thru to see the filth and lack of maintenance this place has! GROSS!!!!!!!!!
