I moved here in mid-decemeber of '05 and I havn't experienced ALL of these complaints but I don't doubt that they've occurred. I've definitely had my spat with the office personnel. I've never met or talked to this Pat lady nor had a reason to and it seems, from all of you, that I really don't need to. They're REAL unprofessional and you shouldn't go by their hours of operation, because THEY don't! They are SO lazy! They close at 5pm, but it could be 4:50 and they're closing the blinds up and getting ready to walk out the door. So, when you walk up in there, they're looking at you like your head is on backwards! ALSO, I have never seen a rat or any other rodent, and I hope I never do. I rarely even see insects. I've never seen this huge puddle that everyone is talking about but I still haven't made my way around the whole complex. I HAVE seen a lot of markings on the roads, which looks like they're going to be repaving soon. I have some of the loudest, roudiest, and rude neighbors EVER. It seems like they must have been used to not having neighbors for a while, so it's taken them this whole 4 months to quiet down but we still get the occasional "Body Slam" sound on the walls and heavy door slamming. If I hadn't read these reviews BEFORE I started writing this, I would probably have said I would recommend this place to friends BUT if all that is going on, I don't plan on being here long and I would definitely not ask a friend to move here. I really do want to reiterate how unprofessional the office staff is, but it's just one person in particular and she was mentioned in a previous email as "candi". She seriously gets on my last nerve. She constantly acts as if she has better things to do than to be on the phone answering your questions or listening to your issues. I've never known of an apartment office THAT busy and it's not like people are constantly moving in! Lastly, someone made a comment about the kitchen size. My kitchen is HUGE...I definitely have a kitchen table that seats 4 AND I still have extra space. So, I don't know what that person was talking about. Maybe the newly renovated kitchens are a different size than the old ones. Mine is newly renovated. So, hope this helps anyone planning on relocating:-)

Huge puddle? Try more like a lake- taking up the whole play area- mosquito heaven! I agree with the kitchen thing- mine was ample size and had plenty of space

There are three different apartment sizes people. I live in the 2 bedroom and there is absolutely no space for a kitchen table of an decent size. My kitchen was one of the newly renovated as well. I have not seen any rats nor had any major issues with the office staff. I would like to know if they will be providing paddle boats for the lake though.
