I moved in recently and believe me I did all my homework. I checked the registered sex offender list...there are none in the complex. (One complex we looked at had eight registered sex offenders - that is crazy!)I checked these ratings as well. I was shocked when I came here...in a great way! Canderas was so nice and welcoming. She treated us with respect and has been a joy to work with. The complex is clean and well maintained. If you ask to have something done they do it. Our tub needed reglazing and they had it done in a snap! I went around and met all our neighbors and they have all been very nice. Our townhouse is spacious...especially the kitchen! We have quickly made it home. I would recommend Meadowood to anyone looking for a great deal on a townhouse. We got the best move-in deal too. Check it out for yourself...your apartment hunting will end here!

AS long as you drive thru the complex with your eyes shut, dreaming of a beautiful property-then yes it is clean and well maintained. Also- spacious does not even begin to describe the tiny cramped rooms-your neighbors- did you make sure you introduced yourself to the drug dealers and the theives that break into your cars? You should have done the research at the Canton police department and asked them how many times a week they are called to your precious Meadowood! Good Luck!!!

How do you know what complex has registered sex offenders? Unless you know every street name in every complex you cannot do that- that is not the way the registry works! You must be one of Pams cronies- face it- this place is a dump! Look at the landscaping- or lack of- I was so embarassed to have people over- half of the shrubs lining Haggerty Road are dead or dying, the fence is hideous-the roads are atrocious- where did you used to live? Cass corridor? Only a complex like this would attract the classy people like you! Spend some of Daddys money Howard and fix this place up!!!!! Better yet, sell this place and get rid of your biggest mistake yet!!! With representatives like Pam and Candice(not Canderas- as the previous review said- written by the same person maybe?)this place should look like Trump Tower- since the maintenance and the staff is so top notch, according to you! I am so glad I moved out- like most renters here!

Yes, I did my research with the Canton police and got dates of every incident in the months before I moved in. Compared with other complexes this is safe. As far as the sex offenders...it isn't that hard to get the street names of complexes...drive thru them! And as for the office staff. The woman you refer to as Candice is named Canderas. That is what her business card said when we applied here and that is what I call her...by her name! This place is what you make of it. It is my home for now and I intend to treat it that way.

I truely believe you should make where ever you live your home, but when other people who are not about of your family are trying to make your home a place to enter and exit when they want, you need to rethink!!!! There isn't a neighbor yet that I have talked to that says that they like it here. They stay because it is so cheap or they have kids they want to go to a pretty good school. oh or they are drunks, drug lords or something worse.

I wish people with criticisms would be more constructive rather than insulting. From hearing the bitchy attitude of all the people who complain compared to the rational attitude of daltonsmamma, I think most people will tend to believe her. When making a review, try not to have too much bias in voicing your opinions.

Dear blooperboy, Do you live at Meadowwood? If you do then you should undersatnd that people are frustrated and upset by living here. If not, then why are you commenting at all? It is hard for people to not include bias when making their opinion. It could almost be said that every opinion is biased to some degree. So instead of criticizing other people's opinion and feelings, why don't you use your time on better things than putting down people who are only trying to tell others about their experience living here.
