my husband and I are moving into Meadowood in May. I read the reviews before applying and I agree with the last reviewer. THe office staff was nice. it looks ok, if you drive through-not immaculant, but for the price I can't complain. If you read the reviews it's the same people writing the same stuff. Gramma2kj obviously has no life to respond to every single review on here. Get a job, a life and buy a home. You obviously have it out for Meadowood to keep writing the same crap over again. I saw kids running around, but I believe it's the parent's job to take care of the kids not the office staff. Maybe gramma should get off the computer and start watching her kids. I was in the office filling out an application when Pam was dealing with some loser who didn't pay the rent and wanted the late fees waived. She was much nicer than I would have been. I'm coming from the Crossings and this place looks alot better and is cheaper. If you look on all the apartments in Canton there are 10 bad reviews to every 1. I even talked to my future neighbors and they agreed that for the price it is a nice place to live. And I went to the police department and there was nothing alarming about the information they gave me. They even told me this place is a big step up from the Crossings.

Hi! I just read your post...mine was the last one you read. I think you will like it here. This is a huge step up from the Crossings at Canton. The police had nothing good to say about that place and there were eight registered sex offenders living there! Good luck with your move neighbor!
