I moved in here five months ago now. I looked around the area for simalar priced aparments, and Meadowood was my choice. Yes you can hear the nieghbors, and yes there kids all over the place, and the staff is not the greatest. But for the price this place it is not that bad. I havn't had all problems with rats, repair men, or property damage.
