I don't know what the heck gramma whatever is talking about. I like it at Meadowood and I'm renewing, and getting a nice price for doing it.
Pam (mgr) and the office staff have never been anything but nice to me, and I've heard them handling problems in the office and they've always been patient and polite then too.
Is it perfect, no. But what apartment is' There are kids here, but I've never had a problem with them. Lots of new paving got done, the landscape looks nice and the buildings are kept up well. Maintenance has always been quick the couple of times I called, and didn't complain when it turned out to be my fault once. I like the townhome style and love the big basement.
If you don't want to be around kids, move to a restricted place. This is Canton and the schools attract families, get over it. The idiot that complains so often here must have the only rats in the place, 'cause none of my neighbors or I have had any or heard of any.

You should be fortunate that you do not have rats. This is a big complex, how do you know that there are not any rats? Just becasue you or nieghbors don't doesn't mean that they don't exist. You are fortunate that you must livein a "good" part of the complex. Others, not so lucky. Like I said in another review, so many people complaining about the same thing can't all be wrong.
