Homes in Canton are expensive in general. It was tough to find an affordable renting option in Canton that offers ample space and was close to all the major highways and amenities.
Meadowood fits the bill for us and our short term renting requirement. We live in a 2 bed townhome with a renovated kitchen.
its not comepletely perfect. We have a leaky basement that gets wet in a few particular places and the roof leaked once. We have no troubles with neighbors or rowdy kids. Our cars have had no damage. The office staff are ok, they greet me friendliess although it seems that they don't really like what they do and can't wait till the day ends for them.
We've seen so many rental places here in Canton and what drove us to Meadowood is the very low rent at $650 for the first 4 months and then $750 and a full basement.
If storage and rent amount is a priority, then meadowood should be a good choice for you. If you want something long term (over a year) I wouldn't recommend Meadowood - There are better places. but we just wanted something before we eventually bought a house and we've had a good experience here.
Have a look for yourself - they have a model for you to conveniently check out behind the office.
