I've lived in this complex for 15 years and I agree that it was pretty bad when it was Canton Commons. After the management changed, it improved drastically - tenants and appearance. However, within the last year it seems to quickly be going downhill again. I can deal with noise, and I don't mind all the kids playing or hanging out outside. But, the locks on my car doors are broke because someone tried to break into it, and the school bus is horrible. They have to keep video cameras on our bus because of the violence. Last year my son was stabbed in the face with a pencil. If you have school age kids (at least bus riding age-I wouldn't recommend it).

Maybe you're unaware, but there are video cameras on most buses now. You can turn on the news and see the violence on buses all the time. You can't blame the apts. because of the problems on the bus.
