I've lived here for a year. While there were several situations throughout the year, nothing really seemed all that serious (egging cars, management trying to find the root of vandalism, a teenage girl flashing her chest on the playground). I even signed on for another year just recently. Living in close proximity to many different people often challenges values one might have. Lately, though, something bad has happened. I saw the aftermath of the gun situation. Living in a unit that backs up to the playground area, I no longer feel safe here. The following day, the police were called because a group of eight teenage boys were setting things on fire on the playground. They carried lighter fluid that was conveniently tucked back into one's backpack when adults and small children were there. They tried to set fire to the pavilion roof (a group of teens had dismantled the tables and threw the trash everywhere a month or two ago), they set fire to someone's shoe on a bench, and they set random objects on fire on top of one of the playground slides. Management has been informed but I've still seen those same teenagers on the property. I've also witnessed an increasing number of drug deals with several individuals both from their front porch and in public. The police and management have been notified, but nothing has been done to remove this from the area. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

lol Staying for the chest eh!!! you hope to be rosting on the open flames----hope its not your ---and or my town-home they set ablaze next.
