When new owners took over, there were many changes for the better. I have lived here for many years,seen the good, seen the bad. Lost a very professional lady(landlord) and the changes change.I will not mention her name , But this lady worked here for many many years and I believe she did a wondeful job. Before she was let go. After her we had another landlord lady, she made a lot more differences the the "so called" landlord we have now. I am not going to re-new my lease on the count of misleading grounds of this place. She , I believe and know from other residents has spent a load of cash on the office and around the office but makes no changes in and around the complex, other then her walk area. She has had many complaints other then myself whom have spoke of matters such as, work regrading contractors coming to fix areas that were, out of maintance hands. I have heard nothing but " I have spoke to Howard" It's been months now, and I am sick of hearing and the fact that she (Val) says " I have spoke to Howard" Ok Howard. Since I can not contact you in any way I hope you are reading this....She tells me and residents whom I spoke with through out several months "She spoke with Howard", He said No!" So when are the changes going to be made when the "so called" landlord is avoiding all of us and making a pretty picture for you. Of course she will not tell you any complaints regarding her! You will loose good residents cause of how mgt is handled. Get a eyes look from the people who send in there rent. She isn't paying nobodays rent! One more thing .... "We ARE ALL TIRED OF HEARING "Howard won't pay! (for things that NEED to be fixed). I will say and I know, she NEVER spoke to you lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
