Anyone who values their dollar and piece of mind should look the other way. The sorry excuses for women who run that leasing office are the most disrespectful, foul mouthed and laziest fat a**es I have ever met. They are really nice to you while they're signing you up and then after they have you locked in watch out. If you have a complaint they turn on you and then the attitudes start. Now they want to duck and dodge you. They never get anything done on time or at all. We have a big problem with air leaking. Doors constantly sticking. Bugs!!! We called so much to tell them about the pest issue but they would always say "yea we'll have someone out there next week" . It got to the point where we had to purchase our own spray. As if it's our responsibility. The only good thing about that place is the maintenance guys are nice but they are at the mercy of the idiot manager and her lousy employees. If you don't smoke or have someone who's asthmatic then be careful because our neighbors smoke and smoke constantly is drifting in our unit through the bathrooms and the basement. Speaking of the basements...they flooded many times and ruined our stuff. They would come and dig up the concrete floor and leave it like that. It took me 2 months of calling to get them to come and paint the floor after the dig up. All they do is send you court papers for demand of rent money. Charge outrageous fee's just so they can collect more money. The area is filled with wanna be gang banger teens who are cursing in broad day light. I can't even take my son out to the play ground because the teens are there swearing up a storm. Using vulgar terms and racial slurs. If you value your car be careful as the guys they contract to do landscaping have no respect for people's cars. The let the weed wackers hit rocks and stuff at cars. Then use leaf blowers and they don't care if they point them directly at your car and rocks hit them. I HAVE SUBMITTED THE 100% TRUTH AND WOULD SWEAR UNDER OATH TO WHAT I HAVE TESTIFIED TO IN THIS REVIEW. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE!!!

Oh no. My husband and I just put down a 100 dollar holding fee for a 2 bedroom townhome this week. We've had issues with other apartment complexes and I decided to do some research online. Thank god I did! I saw that this review was posted today and most of the other reviews frighten me. I have a 6 month old little girl. My husband works nights so myself and the baby would be home by ourselves. From what I've gathered this place is not safe. My husband and I intend to cut our loses and go elsewhere after reading these reviews. It's very disappointing because we were really excited to be moving in here.

"....All they do is send you court papers for demand of rent money.." You don't pay rent on time. You're not exactly an example of a good tenant. Some of what you mentioned could be due to retribution based on this.

I have lived here since 4/2006. I don't think that the office staff is fully trained for their position. My biggest complaint was that they did not have the actual unit I was moving into available for me to view prior to moving in. However they did compensate me for their error by dropping money of the rent. I agree that the smiking neighbor is an issue, I don't smoke but my neighbor does and i can smell it in my bathroom. The few calls I have made to maintenance have been completed within 48 hours. There are a lot of teenagers but you can't hold the apartment management responsible for the lack of respect or lack of parenting of these teenagers.
