Well the buildings are old, so expect an old furnace and old walls and old doors. However a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with a full basement that included washer dryer hookups, for this price was hard to beat. The basement sold us on this place, we didn't mind the kids and when we first moved in 04, there was still government subsidized folks still hanging out. That's all cleared out, and the clientele has improved..

HOWEVER... The new mgmt company stinks, changed out 18 months or so ago and just seems to care more about the appearance of the main office then anything else. We gave proper notice and didn't pull a midnight move out, cleaned our place and turned in keys, yet they basically stole the security deposit and even tried to bill me for lack of notice... Basically the office staff was just the worst part of the place. The former employees were friendly, helpful and are long gone.
