i went to check this apartment out, and i was met by very rude people i had called them ealier to set up an appointment. I wonder how people live here dawn, one of the ladies there after talking to me handed me the keys and pointed there is the three bedroom townhouse go take a look and tell us what you think!!!!!!!! i politely went to check it out but at the back of my head i knew i cant stay in this community. The rent seema fair, the apartments even the model could not cut it with the furnishings it looks beat up. Please stay away especially if you have children doesnt seem like a safe place either. Rude staff even before you become a tenant not good. Im planning on doing an article in the papers about this apartment. STAY AWAY LISTEN TO THE POSTS.

and funny how you wanna remain unonymous im not because all im saying is the truth.... i have never seen someone hand in the key to a potential resident and point there you see those are our three bedroom townhomes go and have a look never. the place is dirty and what i saw wasnt good> at least im honest are you.

How can you possibily say that the maintenance, parking, noise, construction is all bad if you haven't even lived there? Sorry, but your review has no merit. Let people see it for themselves and judge it by the reviews of genuine residents on this site, and by what they think; Not from some passer-by who didn't like the look or feel of it.

I was also given the keys to go look at the unit on my own that I ended up taking. The service there wasn't great, but it was a get what you pay for situation I thought. I didn't enjoy my time there.

Maybe it's something about you? The staff was very nice to me... all 36 months I saw them.
