I lived here for the first year that I was in Detroit. The managers were nice and maintenance was quick. Maintenance spots were the dryer and the heater. We had 3 separate issues with the dryer, twice will it spilling oil/grease on clothing and the third with the heat not coming on when set to do so. As far as the heater, our pilot light went out numerous times and needed to be restarted leaving us with cold showers in the morning. Lastly, being right accross from the independent airport could be noisy at times.

As far as price goes, I was able to find an apartment with 1.5 times the space (1500 sq ft compared to 1040), including a garage, much better anemties, parking, and in a much better neighboorhood (Bloomfield) for only $100 more per month.
