I was quite upset to read some of the opinions of former residents. The staff is very friendly and very accomodating and the maitenance staff is absolutely availible at all times, no problem too big or small. Most of the residents are warm and the neighborhood is very safe. You know the old saying about you get what you pay for and at Pilgrim Village, I will pay a little higher rent for just a much better place to live
