I think I was lucky to have quiet, non-smoking neighbors.
The office staff was always pleasant, although unavailable, at times.
I was refunded an additional $100 - not sure why, but I'll take it.
I quit using the dishwasher after the third overflow. Maintenance was unable to find or fix the problem. Their plumbing skills were lacking.
I felt ambushed when it was time to renew the lease. I was given notice of new terms one day before they went into effect.
IMO, Southeast Michigan is an expensive place to live for what it has to offer.
