I had already lived here for one year and was signing a new lease when they told me that my rent was going up. I think that this is totally unfair. I can understand the rent being higher for new tenants but it should NOT go up for current residence. This is a good way to get people to move out. Although the apartments and the grounds are keep up, the apartments are getting old and I do not think that they are worth what you pay for rent. Many things are outdated and should be replaced if they want to continue calling these luxury apartments.

The cost of living goes up every year... what did you expect? I'm sure you got in when the old manager was there who basically gave the units away, be glad that you aren't paying market rent!!
