One of the first thing that I looked at before moving anywhere in Canton was the grounds, they are very well maintained. The apartment community is near 30 years old and is very nicely maintained inside as well. In my unit I have ceramic tile in the foyer as well as in my bathrooms!! That wasn't easy to find.
In my opinion, you get what you pay for, if the rent is costly its because its a safe place as well as a nice place to live@
