I had mice in my apartment and they made it seem like it was no big deal! Caught two and who knows how many more are in there!!! After several calls, tt took me a full week to get it taken care of! The management literally Yelled at me when I asked them to take the time out to sit and discuss how poorly the issue was handled!
They didn't consider this an urgent matter eventhough I was living elsewhere for a week due to living creatures running around in my apartment. I was told, "That's your prerogative" by the manager who has no sense of customer service. Thank God, I am on a month to month lease. I plan on moving out next month. Please let me know if you know of any other good places! I refuse to live in a place and pay over 800 per month for 1 bedroom with worst management, lack of customer service, no people skills, lack of service, concern and did I mention that the management is ill-mannered!!!

You have got to be freaking kidding me? Mice being acceptable in an apartment complex? Hell no, not in any place I'd be living. Someone would be hearing me bi*ch about this everyday. Word of mouth is a powerful thing!

I never said anything about acceptable! Where does it stop though? Are you gonna call about a fly in your apartment? Its a tiny pet. MOUSE TRAP LOCAL HARDWARE STORE! OMG! Anyone have common sense anymore?
