Well I just moved in and was very hesitant because of some of the previous ratings but decided I would check it out for myself. I found the office staff to be very down to earth and easy to talk to. They made me feel important and like what I wanted counted. I have only had one incident that has required Maintenance and that was a lock out and because they live on site he was there in a second and verified who I was and let me in. I love my new place and my nieghbors and am glad I took the chance. I almost let someone elses one time bad experience keep me from here, Mice and Moods aren't ruining it for me!!!!

HaHa, everyone can tell this was written by someone who works at Pilgrim Village (either a property manager or someone in maintenance). I know there were no new move-ins because I live at this complex and there are no apartments available... HaHa, we can read through you!
