Where do I begin' That is the question I ask myself everytime I ASK myself about this place.

To start things off my fiancee and I came from a very bad expirence in a Plymouth flat for a year, thinking NOTHING could compare, UPTOWN is pretty darn close to the similarity.
The staff is absolutley ridiculous, they do not know their head from their you know what, literally! We had 2 different employee's telling us 2 different quotes and information regarding our apartment.

One would tell us yup thats what ya get, and the other basically would say the complete opposite.

Felt rushed into the purchase, which we look back on and could kick ourselves.

We put money down to hold our rental PRICE, only to find out on signing day it went up $20, however we immediately got that squared away.

Then after one employee stating they would contact us about our approval in 2 days, we literally had to call THEM, because they had forgotten.

I mean come on!
But we were determined to get into a place because of our previous expirence and needed something a little more quaint (spoke to soon on that note).

Once we arrived and moved into our new LUXURIOUS apartment we immediately noticed that the tendants directly beneath us were going to be a problem.

Not to mention our SON's room to be FREEZING because of no insulation in the ceiling.

Who would want their 12 month old SON sleeping in a fridged room, none the less to PAY for a astronomical heat bill on top of a thron in the side rental fee with NOTHING INCLUDED!!! It took approx.

3 months for the insulation to be fixed and threats we were going to Channel 7 Action news for help.

Numerous phone calls were made not only to the local circus ring of staff but also to corporate! And still did not recieve a call from the REGIONAL MANAGER! Is that how you do business these days, hide behind peoples mistakes and hope not to get caught'
The list goes on seriously and all I WANT to say is BE AWARE AND NOT SPEND YOUR TIME OR WELL EARNED money in a place like this!

We absolutely agree. Watch them on the exit. They'll look for any little flaw or scratch or spot and charge you for it (even if it was there when you moved in). They'll try to blame you for anything; if they replace the carpet they'll charge you astronomically, considering how cheap it actually is. Be very, very careful here.
