Beautiful grounds, but inconsistent "specials."

We flew up here to the Detroit-metro area and had a day meet with our prospective employers and to find a place to live; we were very happy with the landscaping and overall exterior appearance of the apartments/townhomes but were very surprised at the price! We wish we could have had more time to shop around, but this would be a great place for someone who doesn't have monetary constraints. I was extremely discouraged to learn from neighbors that the move-in "specials" were extremely varied. Some individuals with the same number of bedrooms and similar floorplans paid 500 dollars LESS A MONTH! And another neighbor paid over 200 dollars a month less for a bigger apartment and an extra bedroom. However, the management staff was always very courteous and professional and the maintanence staff responded very quickly. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

these resident were upset because our special changes with the ongoing changes in the economy and market. this is a disgruntled resident and everyone WILL pay different amounts
