I can't wait to leave this place!

I cannot wait to leave this place! The neighborhood looks nice during the summer and the buildings looks reasonably good at first glance, but a deeper look will show shoddy construction. We were really excited to move in to such a "nice" apartment until we noticed the half-done "brand new" carpeting, the sloppy paint that wipes off if you rub against it wrong, and the cheap tiling job in the bathrooms. There is very little extra parking, so if you have more than one car, you'll either have to compete for a parking spot or park on the street. During the evening, the streets are lined with cars! I've had to call the police multiple times about other residents or guests parking directly in front of my garage door. Wyndchase promised to put a "no parking" sign up, but months later, it's still not there. When it snows, they plow the snow into those few parking spots, making the parking situation even worse. There are small children(2-3 years ) running the streets unattended by their parents as other residents speed through the neighborhood. I've witness numerous domestic disputes right out on the street. We are plagued by solicitors in this so-called "private" neighborhood. Other resident constantly walk their dogs right in front of our apartment and refuse to clean up after thir dogs. I've caught one on film and Wyndchase will not do anything about it. The gym is ancient and not kept well, you can tell by the dust all over the equipment. The pool is basically overrun by rude, unsupervised children at any time to the point where we won't take our small daughter anymore.
The office staffs at Wyndchase and Singh are incredibly rude. (I will say that the maintenence staff is very friendly.) They cannot agree on their policies and the resident suffers. They claim that they paid a $100 water bill that I "never paid" and added it to my account, while I've let them know multiple times that I have PROOF that I've paid ALL bills on that account. All they'd have to do is call the water company to verify that fact, but they refuse. If you pay your rent even 1 day late, you are assessed a $75 late fee. If you are a few days late, they will take you to court and charge you legal fees. They will not work with you on this.
I absolutely DO NOT recommend Wyndchase! They will do anything they can to get you in, but once you're in, you can't wait to get out! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I'm currently a two year resident thinking of renewing my lease. I agree with about the paint and the parking is terrible. I have used the pool a few times and felt the children were supervised by parents. I don't see much trash blowing around in your photos, but I think you will find this in any neighborhood after a trash pick up day if it were windy. As for the water bill, I experienced the same problem. The late fee, well, your not suppose to pay your rent late any where you live!

I am currently a resident as well, and have not seen the problems that you are speaking of. I think the office staff is quite pleasent actually, they have always helped me out. Parking and pets can be a problem, but I've found that you'll deal with that most places you rent at. As for the late fee, dont you have a five day grace period before the $75.00? Thats how its always been since I lived here.
