I will go through and touch on each subject in order.

1.

Parking- Depends on what side you live on.
On north side of Cherry Hill There are a lot of parking spots and detached garages for each Apartment.
On the south side there is not much parking, but you get an attached garage and a spot in front of the garage to park

2.

Noise- The north part seems noisier than the south...more kids.

3.

Grounds- Look great...every morning I see the maintenance staff picking up garbage.

However, there are a few dead trees and bushes around the complex.

The flowers and nice grass make up for them though.

4.

Safety- Safest I've felt of any place I've lived.

Come on it's Canton...not exactly a rough area.

5.

Construction- Seems a little cheaply built.

The garages and the large floorplans(ours is 1360 sq.

ft.) make up for that.

6.

Maintenance- Much better than they were...

they recently got a couple of new guys, very friendly, seem to fix things right the first time.

That was not the case too long ago.

I always got the run around...need to order parts...call a contractor...whatever they could think of to get out of doing work.

Thank God that is over with.

7.

Office staff- Also much better...they have some new faces as well.

They are much nicer than before.

I actually see smiles now when I go into the clubhouse.

That's a nice change.

8.

Overall- The nicest place I have ever rented.

I guess you get what you pay for.
