Recently Toured-will not go back!!!!

I recently toured Windchase last weekend, and needless to say I will not be going back. When I decide to rent it will be from a place that has a nice staff(not snotty like I was treated), and does not have dog crap all over the grass and sidewalks. Did I mention the town home I toured had that "lived in feel". Maybe some customer service training would do the trick!
