I have to agree with the previous reviewer about this place.

The shoddy construction is unbelievable, and the kids....

We had an issue last winter with kids breaking into cars, it got so bad that a memo had to be sent to all residents advising them to keep an eye out for that sort of thing.

All summer long, kids some as young as 4 ride their bikes on the streets and in the parking lot, often times running into and scratching cars.

Just last week a gang of unsupervised kids decided to break open one of the phone access panel and start pulling wires out, disconnecting a lot of phone/DSL access.

Here's an idea Wyndchase, with what you charge in rent, one of the most expensive in the area, maybe hire a security guard or two.

P.S.

The maintenance people there are quite good.

Any time I've had a problem, they've been there and fixed the problem as soon as they could.
