We rented a 3 bedroom and signed a 2 year lease.

It wasn't a good choice.

There were several break-ins while we were there (cars and apartments).

The walls were so thin you can hear people talking in the apartment next to you.

You could hear every step the people above us took.

People are allowed to have dangerous dogs including a pit bull that lived next to us which made it impossible for us to use the front door because he was left on a leash unattended and tried attacking us several times.

None of the residents clean up after their pets outside.

They do not take care of the grounds there at all.

We asked for the landscaping to be re-mulched several times but wasn't done once when we were there.

The kids upstairs were left alone and left water running all night so we woke to our ceiling caving in and our carpet and furniture all wet.

After 3 times of them coming to fix it you could still see where they tried to patch it up.

The parking is horrible unless there are unrented apartments close.

There were not enough spaces and if you parked in a "non designated" area, you would have a nice orange sticker on your window in the morning.
In the winter you have to put up plastic over your windows or you will surely freeze! In one bedroom that was not even enough, we had to have a space heater in there or you could see your breath when it was cold.
