This place SUCKS! If it rains or the sprinklers go on the whole place is flooded for days! The grounds are never clean, you will find empty bottles, trash etc all over! The dumpsters are ALWAYS full and all over the lot which means tons of rodents.

They charge you for trash pick up, but it is always all over'''' The kids in the neighborhood are rude.

Try driving down the street and getting them to move...HA! The office staff is rude and unhelpful.

This place is GHETTO Fabulous.

You mind as well go further east and pay cheaper prices because it is the same story.

This place looks nice from the view, but it is SO HOOD!
