Great I have been renting here for several years and enjoy the place. Large house, especially for the money. The community is kept up nice and I feel safe. It is pretty quiet, yet close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The pool is great for me and the kids in the Summertime. Best

the manager ROSE is rude!!!! i lived there for a year and the manager was very rude and the bugs in my apt was horrible also!! i would not tell anyone to move here yes price is cheap but manager is horrible and i also had black mold in my bathroom.

really bad living environment and management bad, the room has mold everywhere. if you stay in the first floor the carpet is wet when it rains and the manager said they can do nothing about it. when you leave they expect the room like new, if not they will charge you a fortune.

WTF IS THIS!!! Don't get wrong, nice looking place and layout but HUGE bug problem. Got exterminated 3 times and still have a HUGE bug problem. Went to kill a spider in my sunken living room and shoe snagged on the carpet then I saw a HUGE surprise. Carpet was on top of DIRT and ROTTED
