I'm coming from living in a house to an apartment on a temporary basis. The property is nice and the apartment is fair. The appliances leave a little to be desired, but hey, what do you expect from a rental. Since I've moved in, I've had the washing machine serviced and a problem with one of my smoke detectors, but both were fixed promptly.
The only real issue I have is the office staff, who made a mistake on their part to prevent me from getting a referral coupon from rent.com. I think they're just being cheap and would rather lie than pay a referral fee to them. Jerks.

I'm sorry if the resident feels slighted in any way, but based on his/her guest card, the resident indicated at the initial contact that he/she found us on Craigslist. We keep track of where our contacts found us, so we know where our marketing is working.
