I ask myself, where do I start'''' I have only lived here for a short period of time and I found out that really the managers and the head managers don't care about this place. Since I moved in we have went through 3 managers. Now the manager that we have now, good luck to get her to answer the phone and the maintence is the same way. Hoep that you don't want anything fixed for a least a month because they are always working on the apperance of the outside. If you like to live in a -------- then this is the place for you. The lights barely work, the neighbors are loud, the walls are gross, electric is sometimes faulty, floods in the basements for who knows where. There are many times that I have complained and we know where they are always working on it. I think that the other comments are totally correct when they say that you need to honestly ask neighbors before you move in. Some people have received false information when moving in, but hey they are at the percentage that they need to make sure that they are getting paid to talk to the phone all day. You may be sorry after you sign that paper like everyone else in the building! Also I hope that you don't mind a little mold that they will cover up for you, everything is a bandaid because then they don't have to fix it the right way.
